Terms of Service

PulsarX Marketing ("PulsarX," "we," "us") provides a done-for-you growth system for home service contractors, including:

• Custom website design and development
• PPC advertising campaign setup and management
• AI-powered phone answering (24/7 call answering)
• Lead tracking setup and automated follow-up sequences
• Review automation and AI review responses
• Monthly reports and strategy calls
• Free market intelligence report

By using our website and services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in all forms
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not misuse, reproduce, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform
• Provide timely feedback and approvals during the onboarding process

• Setup Fee: $0. There is no setup fee. All system build-out is included in the monthly fee.
• Monthly System Fee: $2,497 per month, covering website, PPC advertising management, AI phone answering, lead tracking, review automation, monthly reports, and strategy calls.
• Minimum Commitment: 3-month minimum engagement. After the initial 3-month period, the agreement continues month-to-month.
• Ad Budget: Separate from our fees. We recommend $1,500-$3,000/month depending on your market. This is paid directly to the ad platforms through your own ad account.
• Billing: Monthly, billed on the same date each month. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.

• Our service requires a 3-month minimum commitment. After the initial 3-month period, either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.
• Upon termination, all client assets (website, ad accounts, data, creative) transfer to the client within 14 business days.
• No cancellation penalties or early termination fees after the minimum commitment period.
• Monthly fees for the minimum commitment period are non-refundable once services have commenced.

• Upon full payment, all client-specific deliverables (website, creative assets, ad copy) transfer to you.
• PulsarX retains rights to its platform, tools, methodologies, AI models, and internal systems.
• You grant PulsarX permission to use your business name and results as a case study, unless you opt out in writing.

• All projections and ROI estimates are based on real market data from DataForSEO keyword research, Google Business Profile, and US Census Bureau.
• Actual results may vary based on market conditions, competition, ad spend, seasonality, and other factors.
• We do not guarantee specific revenue, lead, or ROI outcomes.
• We provide full transparency: you see real data for your market before committing.

• As part of the system build-out (typically delivered in weeks 1-3), we configure and deploy AI-powered phone answering for your business. This AI answers calls on your behalf 24/7.
• Callers may not always be informed they are speaking with an AI, depending on your jurisdiction's requirements. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws regarding AI disclosure.
• AI services are included in the monthly system fee and operate as part of the integrated system, not as a standalone service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• PulsarX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for third-party service outages (Google, Twilio, OpenAI, etc.).

After the initial 3-month period, either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• All client assets (website files, ad accounts, data, creative) transfer to the client within 14 business days.
• AI phone answering services will cease at the end of the billing period.
• Any outstanding invoices remain due.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
